The Grove Resort and Water Park Orlando publishes about 6,000 sq ft of indoor event space with 10 ft ceilings across every indoor room, including the Tangerine Ballroom and the combined Orange Blossom rooms, plus outdoor space at Lake Austin Pier and the Garden Terrace. TownePlace Suites at Flamingo Crossings Town Center publishes a 1,500 sq ft meeting room divisible by airwall. Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas at Hamlin handles private buyouts, and Orange County’s Horizon West Regional Park on Hamlin Groves Trail opened in phases with picnic areas and trails.

How the 360 booth works

Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Where a 360 booth fits in Horizon West

Ten foot ceilings are the practical floor for a 360 booth, and the main resort here publishes exactly that across its indoor rooms. It works, it just means the booth goes where the ceiling is clear of fans, fixtures and duct runs, so we like to know the room in advance.

Most Horizon West events, though, happen at a neighborhood clubhouse or at home. Village clubhouses here are run by HOAs and community development districts rather than by the county, and they set their own rules for outside vendors, so ask your association what they require before you book. Homes in the newer villages usually have a level driveway or a garage, which is the fastest set up we do.
