How the 360 booth works

Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Where a 360 booth fits in Lake Buena Vista

Space is never the constraint in this corridor. Ballrooms here are built for large groups, floors are flat, and outlets and rigging points are already in place. The variables are administrative rather than physical.

Hotels in this corridor generally handle outside vendors through the catering or banquet office. Expect to be asked for the vendor’s details, a load in window and a certificate of insurance, and expect a specific service entrance rather than the lobby. None of that is a problem, it just needs to happen before the day. Get your banquet manager’s contact to us early and we will handle the back and forth.
