Orange Tree Golf Club on Woodgreen Drive runs wedding and banquet packages with indoor reception space and a course ceremony setting. On Restaurant Row, Big Fin Seafood Kitchen publishes private rooms including an Atlantic Room seating about 72 and a Pacific Room seating about 50. Orange County’s Dr. P. How the 360 booth works

Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Where a 360 booth fits in Dr. Phillips

One clarification first, because it trips people up: the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is in downtown Orlando, roughly ten miles from the Dr. Phillips neighborhood. If your invitation says Dr. Phillips, check which one you mean before you book vendors.

In restaurant private rooms, footprint matters more than ceiling height. A room seating 50 to 75 fills quickly once tables are in, so we would agree the booth corner with the venue in advance rather than improvising on arrival. Country club banquet rooms are more forgiving. For a park pavilion, Orange County asks for 30 days or more to complete a rental, and its published park rules prohibit ground stakes and restrict covers to side less pop ups under 400 square feet.
