Champions Gate is a resort and vacation home community reported to span both Polk and Osceola counties, which is why advice about permits here is often contradictory. What matters in practice is who owns the ground you want to use.

Most of what we set up in Champions Gate goes to private vacation homes and residences. For those, permission comes from the property manager or the community association rather than a government office. Ask them three things before you book: whether inflatables are permitted at the property, whether there are restrictions on the hours equipment can run, and whether vendors need to be registered for gate access. Vendor registration is the single most common reason a delivery gets held up at the gate, and it usually takes a day or two to arrange.

If you are looking at a public park instead, the county matters. On the Osceola County side, county parks require insurance and an advance pavilion reservation, with pavilion rates set by size and resident status. On the Polk County side, the county does not publish an inflatable policy online at all, so call Polk County Parks and Recreation on 863-534-4340 and confirm before you plan around it.
