Hunters Creek Bounce House Rentals

Hunters Creek is in Orange County, and Orange County has the most specific public park rules of any authority in our service area. They are also the ones people most often get wrong, because wet and dry inflatables are treated completely differently.

Water slides are not allowed in any Orange County park. The county states plainly that water slides and water balloons are not permitted in its parks. There is no permit that changes this.

Dry inflatables are possible but conditional. Tents, canopies, shade structures and moonwalks are prohibited without written permission and insurance. The county requires a paid user agreement and insurance naming Orange County as an additional insured, arranged at least 15 days before the date, and it applies that requirement before you set up any play equipment. County pavilion fees scale with the size of the group. Additional permits from the building or fire departments may also be required.

Note that a City of Orlando park is not the same thing as an Orange County park. The city goes further and does not allow bounce houses or similar items in its parks at all.

Hunters Creek also has extensive community owned open space managed by its community association rather than the county. If your setup point is on association land rather than your own lot, that approval has to come from the association, so ask them first and get it in writing.

On your own property none of this applies. A water slide that cannot go in a county park is perfectly fine in a private back garden, which is where most Hunters Creek bookings end up.
