Almost every Lake Nona booking we take is a residential setup, and there is a specific reason for that rather than just habit.
Because Lake Nona sits within Orlando city limits, that city rule is the one that applies to city parks here. It makes backyards, driveways and approved community amenity spaces the realistic options. If you are looking at an Orange County park rather than a City of Orlando one, different rules apply, and water slides are not permitted in county parks either.

Setting up in a Lake Nona yard
Lot sizes in the newer villages are often compact relative to the size of the house, and rear yards can be narrow. That is not a problem, but it does drive unit choice. Send us rough yard dimensions and note anything overhead such as low branches, a screen enclosure or a covered lanai edge, since inflatables need vertical clearance as well as floor space. If your community association manages shared amenity areas, get their written approval before booking a setup outside your own lot.

Can I put a bounce house in a Lake Nona park?
Not in a City of Orlando park. The city states that bounce houses and similar items are not allowed. Home setups are unaffected.
Can we set one up inside a screened lanai?
Rarely, because of height. Send a photo and the ceiling height and we will tell you honestly whether anything fits.
