Kissimmee Bounce House Rentals

Where you can legally set one up depends entirely on who owns the ground, and the rules around Kissimmee are not consistent between neighbouring authorities.

City of Kissimmee parks do not allow inflatables at all. The city states that bounce houses, inflatables and personal grills are not allowed, and that it prohibits equipment such as tents, inflatables or bounce houses in any City of Kissimmee park or pavilion. There is no permit that changes this, so a city park is not an option for an inflatable party.

Osceola County parks are different. The county allows park events subject to its requirements, which include insurance, and pavilions must be reserved in advance. Pavilions are booked by the hour, the county charges a lower rate to residents, and rentals are only available during normal park operating hours.

Your own property is the simplest option. Osceola County's special event permit rules explicitly exempt private residences, so a backyard party needs no county permit and no reservation. If you live in a community with an association, check their rules the same way you would for any temporary equipment.

The rules change again in Orange County, which prohibits water slides in any of its parks, and in the City of Orlando, which does not allow bounce houses in its parks either.
