Harmony Preserve Weddings and Events operates at Harmony Golf Preserve on Five Oaks Drive, on a 260 acre preserve, with an indoor Magnolia Room described as having floor to ceiling windows and courtyard access, and combined indoor and outdoor capacity of around 180 guests. The Harmony Community Development District rents Town Square, the Buck Lake Pavilion, the pool patio areas and the sport facilities to residents and companies under its published rules.

How the 360 booth works

Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Where a 360 booth fits in Harmony

The Harmony CDD rules include one clause that matters more to a photo booth than almost anything else we read anywhere: maximum reserved use times include set up and takedown time, and failing to vacate more than fifteen minutes after the maximum time allowed may result in loss of the security deposit. In plain terms, the clock covers our load in and pack down as well as your party.

Special event reservations also require a security deposit in addition to the fees in the schedule, exclusive reserved use of an entire district pool facility is prohibited, and a facility usage application has to be filed with the district office. Book a block with enough room on both ends and this is a smooth venue. Home events in Harmony have none of that structure and only need a level area and an outlet.
