Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Postal addresses here are assigned by routing rather than by geography, and the four counties built a joint address lookup tool precisely because residents could not tell which county serves them. That only matters if you move your event to a public park, but if you do, look your address up first.

The second is the surface. Most events here happen at rented villas, which means pool decks, pavers and lanais rather than ballroom floors. A 360 booth needs a level area, so a covered lanai or a flat section of pool deck usually beats the pool surround itself. Household circuits are also shared, so we like to know which outlet we are on rather than sharing one with a sound system and a warming tray.
