The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is the anchor. It publishes 255,000 sq ft of meeting space across 69 rooms, with 20 ft ceilings in the National and International ballrooms and 12 ft in smaller rooms such as Royal Dublin and Royal Melbourne, plus a large outdoor Ballroom Commons area. Eagles Edge on the same property has indoor and outdoor event areas and publishes floor plans. The Oasis Club is the community clubhouse for the ChampionsGate resort neighborhood.

How the 360 booth works

Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Where a 360 booth fits in Champions Gate

Resort function space is the easy case. Ballrooms here are large, the floors are flat, the ceilings are high and the banquet team will tell you where vendors load in. Ask them for the load in door and the outlet location when you confirm your room, and pass that to us.

Vacation homes need a check first. Champions Gate rental managers publish terms that prohibit using the rental property to host parties, events or social gatherings, restrict occupancy to the guests named on the rental agreement, set quiet time from 10:00 PM, and restrict bringing outside appliances onto the property because of electrical risk. Those are private contract terms rather than a county rule, and they vary by manager, so read your rental agreement or ask your host in writing before you book a booth for a rented house.
