The county describes the room as suitable for a wedding, reception or reunion. Along the Narcoossee Road corridor, Eagle Creek Golf Club runs clubhouse events with a vaulted ceiling banquet room, terrace and balcony over the course.

How the 360 booth works

Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Where a 360 booth fits in Narcoossee

The county room at Narcoossee is a comfortable fit. At roughly 37 ft by 40 ft, it takes a 10 ft by 10 ft booth footprint plus a queue without crowding the dance floor. Osceola County takes those reservations online through ActiveNet on a first come first served basis, and it publishes a set up fee separate from the room fee, so build your access time into the block you book.

Pavilion bookings are limited to normal park operating hours, which is the main reason evening parties out here tend to move to a house or a ranch venue instead. For a home event, a garage or a level driveway is our usual set up, and for a ranch or barn venue we look for a covered, level area with an outlet rather than open grass.
