Standing Out and More Event Space on South Orange Blossom Trail publishes a 3,200 sq ft blank canvas room with 12 ft ceilings, recessed lighting and a kitchenette, and accepts outside licensed and insured vendors. The larger airport corridor hotels, including Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport and Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside, handle bigger receptions nearby.

How the 360 booth works

Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Where a 360 booth fits in Meadow Woods

Meadow Woods is unincorporated Orange County, so county park rules apply if you use a public facility. Orange County states that it needs 30 days or more to schedule and complete the paperwork and payment for rentals, which is the single most useful thing to know if you are planning a party at the rec center. County pavilions do provide electrical outlets, and the county’s published pavilion rules prohibit ground stakes and allow only side less pop up covers under 400 square feet.

For a home event, the garage is our most common set up here. Lots in Meadow Woods are compact, so a garage with the door up gives shade, a flat floor and an outlet in one place. Commercial rooms like the one on South Orange Blossom Trail publish 12 ft ceilings, which is a comfortable fit.
