Providence Golf Club in Davenport publishes a banquet room of about 6,800 sq ft with an outdoor terrace, Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club runs clubhouse events, and the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is a short drive north with full conference facilities. Locally, Polk County runs Loughman Park on Old Kissimmee Road with a covered picnic pavilion, and Northeast Regional Park on US 27 has a screened pavilion available to rent.

How the 360 booth works

Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Where a 360 booth fits in Loughman

Because Loughman has no indoor community hall of its own, most parties happen at home or at a park pavilion. For a home event, a garage, a level driveway or a covered patio is our usual set up. For a park, the screened pavilion at Northeast Regional Park is the more comfortable option, since a screened structure keeps the booth out of the weather and out of the sun.

One boundary note that saves confusion: Loughman is in Polk County, while the ChampionsGate venues that carry nearby addresses are in Osceola County. If you are checking rules for a public facility, check them with the county that actually covers the parcel, not the one on your mailing address.
