Celebration is one of the closest communities to our Kissimmee base, and it is a venue led market rather than a backyard one. Hotel ballrooms, the golf club and the conference center take most of the bookings, and each of them has a preferred spot for a vendor set up.

The Inn at Celebration, Autograph Collection on Bloom Street publishes close to 5,000 sq ft of event space, with the Sabal Ballroom at about 1,663 sq ft and smaller rooms including the Mockingbird Room and the Orange Grove Room, plus lakeside terraces. Melia Orlando Celebration on Celebration Place lists four event rooms. Celebration Golf Club runs indoor and outdoor food and beverage space for weddings and parties, and the AdventHealth Nicholson Center rents conference space to outside groups.

How the 360 booth works

Guests step onto a low platform, an arm carries the camera around them, and the clip comes back slowed down, sped up and set to music. Each spin takes a few seconds, and the finished video goes straight to the guest by text, email or QR code, so it is on their phone while the party is still running. Groups of two or three fit on the platform together, which is usually where the best clips come from.

Where a 360 booth fits in Celebration

Celebration rooms are elegant rather than enormous. The largest single ballroom published in town is about 1,663 sq ft, so a 10 ft by 10 ft booth footprint is a real share of the floor and placement is worth agreeing with your venue in advance. Somewhere near a wall outlet and out of the main traffic line between the bar and the dance floor works best.

The other Celebration quirk is land ownership. Celebration is unincorporated Osceola County, and its parks are private, owned and maintained by the Celebration Residential Owners Association rather than by a city or county parks department. If you want an event anywhere other than your own property, permission comes from CROA, and the community field complex requires applications and contracts to be approved by its Parks and Recreation department before access.
