Inside Poinciana, the Association of Poinciana Villages rents out its own facilities. A pavilion carries a usage fee for all day use, dawn to dusk. An outdoor park event that is not a pavilion booking is treated very differently, with APV requiring both a substantial deposit and a much higher usage fee. APV facilities include the Poinciana Community Center and the Anthony DePalma Event Center on Marigold Avenue, the APV Fitness Gymnasium and the Mary Jane Arrington Gymnasium on Country Club Drive.
Osceola County also operates several parks inside Poinciana, including Charlie Wheeler Community Park on Laurel Avenue, Deerwood Community Park, Poinciana Veterans Memorial Park on Walnut Street and the Vance Harmon Complex. County parks require insurance and an advance pavilion reservation, with pavilion rates set by size and resident status.
APV does not publish a rule specifically about inflatables at its facilities, and its Design Control Board criteria for residential lots state that portable or temporary structures are not permitted while listing several exceptions, without naming inflatables either way.
